At the beginning of the 1990’s, the firm arrived
at a production
of nearly 12.000 hectolitres of wine annually, thereby necessitating
a new wing of the winery.
Inaugurated in September 1993, it has been a model example for the
renovation and construction of other wineries in the region.
Enzo Lorenzon studied every detail, from the architecture
to the machinery of the winery, which boasts amongst the most advanced
technology of its kind to be found in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
